Shop Manager

We require a brilliant shop manager to join us. Based in the West End this is a great opportunity for someone who has 2 years experience as an Assistant Manager in either a catering or retail environment.

Samurai concentrate on producing tasty food with as many natural ingredients as possible. Whether it’s miso soup, sushi, seaweed, steamed dumplings, salads, japanese food, curry, teriyaki chicken or hot buffet dishes, it’s all fresh, tasty and healthy at samurai. All our sushi are made fresh throughout the day and then hurried to our shops. At the end of the day we throw everything away that has not been sold and start again with fresh sushi the next morning.
